I am seriously thinking of having that design printed
both on a t-shirt and as a bumper sticker. |

It doesn't even mention the Big Pharma controlled media.

62% of Americans support national health care. So why don't we have
it? Because most Americans don't trust national health care.

Of course they don't. They have their interests to
look out for. What does "national health care" mean
to you anyway? Does it mean Hillarycare, which in
a nutshell would have forced every employer to cover
their employees? LOL, what a layoff that would have
caused! And they used to call her the smartest
woman in Washington? There must be tons of
heavy metals in the water out there. |

So I guess those who are on SSDI, medicare and other government
sponsored programs, like the "Gold Card" health care the congress
have don't trust national healthcare too?

In or under the European National Health Care System, Doctors still make
house calls at no extra cost to the patient.
But under the American Medicine System, it is Cash in advance, or no Medical
Treatment.
Even the President of these United States has to go to the Hospital to see
his Doctor.
If perhaps the Worlds most powerful man can-not get his Doctor to come and
see him, then what chance if any does the average American taxpayer have ?
It has been said that the USA has the best medical treatment to be found any
where in the World, if you have the money to pay for it.
But, then, why are Americans now out-sourcing their Medical options ?
It is far cheaper to fly overseas to get better Medical treatment, than have
the same lack-luster and more expensive treatment in the USA.
Hell for about have the cost of Americas Medicine for Profit System, you can
get as good if not better treatment overseas, take at least one family
member with you, and spend your recovery time as or on vacation.
Now I ask you all why is this so ?

I wasn't speaking of Hillarycare at all.
We need only fill the gap by making medicare available to everyone,
not just people over 65-66, but to EVERYONE, no matter the age.
Pretty simple, huh? |

Please tell us which poll question generated this result. (Crosspost
the answer to alt.philosophy, if you will.)

Here is the closest I could come to the polling question which
generated the 62% -
"Do you think the federal government should guarantee health insurance
for all Americans, or isn't this the responsibility of the federal
government?" Should guarantee = 62%
http://www.pollingreport.com/health3.htm
Notice, the question does not ask about national health care nor does
the result support the idea that "62% of Americans support national
health care."
The number polled was 1,229 adults nationwide, and the MoE is ± 3. It
does not say 1,229 Americans were polled nationwide. Furthermore, the
stats were generated on Jan. 20-25, 2006, so the poll is 2 1/2 years
old.

One person does not mean a thing, needless to say.
In France they decided it was cheaper and safer (no infections) to
do much of the doctor calls at the domicile of the patient.
Of course, if further tests and such were needed then thy would have
to go to a clinic or hospital. Cant exactly pack an MRI scanner in a
small French car, that's for sure |
