Incomplete.

It doesn't even mention the Big Pharma controlled media.

Bret Cahill

62% of Americans support national health care. So why don't we have
it? Because most Americans don't trust national health care.

Of course they don't. They have their interests to
look out for. What does "national health care" mean
to you anyway? Does it mean Hillarycare, which in
a nutshell would have forced every employer to cover
their employees? LOL, what a layoff that would have
caused! And they used to call her the smartest
woman in Washington? There must be tons of
heavy metals in the water out there.

I wasn't speaking of Hillarycare at all.

We need only fill the gap by making medicare available to everyone,
not just people over 65-66, but to EVERYONE, no matter the age.

Pretty simple, huh?

Who's going to be the doctor?

You're doing this, aren't you, John Galt!

Oh, yes! Smile The doctors have all relocated into some unknown canyon in
the West!

Well, yea. Bigotry appears in many forms, and intellectual bigotry is one of
the last remaining acceptable ones.

Please tell us which poll question generated this result. (Crosspost
the answer to alt.philosophy, if you will.)

I posted the article. Shouldn't that question be directed to the source?

Here is the closest I could come to the polling question which
generated the 62% -

"Do you think the federal government should guarantee health insurance
for all Americans, or isn't this the responsibility of the federal
government?" Should guarantee = 62%
http://www.pollingreport.com/health3.htm

Notice, the question does not ask about national health care nor does
the result support the idea that "62% of Americans support national
health care."

Yes, I understand the distinction.

The question still remains: If the government dicatates according to the
will of the people, and the providers of the dictated service (the doctors)
choose not to participate -- what is the solution? Health care at gunpoint?

The will of the people is subject to the will of the providers, ultimately.

Quote:

The number polled was 1,229 adults nationwide, and the MoE is ± 3. It
does not say 1,229 Americans were polled nationwide. Furthermore, the
stats were generated on Jan. 20-25, 2006, so the poll is 2 1/2 years
old.

Yes, I've been admitted into a hospital, not just been in one, and did
not end up with a staph infection.

System?
